The service
By using the Strela app or strelapp.com, you agree to these terms. Strela is a discovery platform for live experiences, operated by Sebastián Nájera in Mexico. You can explore event information and choose to continue to an external provider. Strela does not currently sell tickets or process ticket payments.
Events and providers
Event details, prices and availability may come from third-party providers and can change or be incomplete. A price shown in Strela may exclude fees or differ from the final price. Please confirm the event, total cost, availability, accessibility and transaction details with the provider before buying. The provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply to purchases and use of its site. A link or provider name does not imply that the provider endorses or sponsors Strela. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Using Strela responsibly
Use Strela lawfully and in ways that do not interfere with other people or the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the app or website, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or scrape or reuse content at a scale that harms the service or breaches applicable rights. We may limit access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse. Contact us if you think this has happened in error.
Content and availability
Strela’s own design, writing and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the app and website for personal discovery; these terms do not transfer ownership of the content or grant a right to use the Strela brand. Provider content remains subject to its owner’s rights. We may improve, pause or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a complete event catalog.
Responsibility and applicable law
We work to present useful information, but do not guarantee that listings, prices or links are complete, current or error-free. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Strela is responsible only for losses legally attributable to its own acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumers cannot waive. These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Mexico, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Any formal dispute venue should be determined under applicable law.
